Upload and edit subtitle

Assumes SRT subtitle files. Files never leave your browser, you can view the source code here. Supported functionality:

• Remove HI: Removes hearing impaired tags, anything between square brackets []
• Remove names: Removes hearing impaired name tags. E.g. "MAN 1: Hello" would be "Hello"
• Remove style: Removes HTML tags to clear formatting, anything between pointy brackets <>
• Correct capitalization: Used to convert subtitles that are all capitalized.
• Format: Removes duplicate newlines, empty sections, and re-indexes sections
